Individual classes one-on-one with a teacher in each course

Duration of classes and other conditions:

Each class on the Kidskey platform is a one-on-one class with a teacher, interactive homework, and extra material to print out (for some courses).

The duration of the class depends on the course your child is taking:

Bukvaryata and Reading trainer - 30 minutes class with a teacher and 20 minutes homework*

Russian language – 40 minutes class with a teacher and 20 minutes homework*

Mathematics – 25 minutes class with a teacher and 25 minutes homework*

*the duration of homework is approximate

Term of the lesson package use

Each package is valid for 1 year from the date of payment. At the end of this period, unused lessons will expire.

How refunds work

We will refund your money for unused classes if you decide to stop studying at our online school. You should contact us to issue a refund. Refunds are only possible to the card from which the payment was made.

Refunds can be issued within 180 days of payment. After this period, the refund to the bank card is not possible.

Skipping and canceling classes

You can cancel and/or postpone a class yourself in your Personal Account at least 8 hours before its start. Class that is not cancelled in advance is deducted from your balance.
